Pool complex
Was extremely disappointed that there was continuous activities in the pool which meant the children couldn't really utilise it as the bit that wasnt being used was full. And didnt understand the dress code for the pool?

Pay attention to what guest needs and not take the cash and provide zero service.
HVAC unit was incapable of handling the heat, swimming pool way too small for the amount of people so very dirty. Kids cannot play, because it is too crowded. No sufficient chairs/lounge beds for the amount of people and almost no shade so burn in the summer sun.
This was a holiday to forget.

Nice and Good team!!! Really nice
Entertainment was bad... young people do all what they can but we come in France to learn and know the l’ans, his history, his culture, and also popular culture and we only got the worst of english and american culture (?!!!) .... a little sad of that
Daniele
Lovely place to holiday . Hot weather beginning of sept . Anything gone wrong got fixed ASAP. Secured site . Highly recommend!

We had a great time. Very grateful to all, especially the children's entertainment team - Jules, Ali, Erin. Thank you!

Overall we had a lovely holiday. Our mobile home was fantastic, very clean and well equipment and in a quiet spot. Definitely worth the extra for the air conditioning! The pool could be very busy at times but the water was lovely and warm and very clean around the area. The supermarket was disappointing, not very well stocked and VERY expensive although the fresh bread and croissants were great. The dance shows in the evening were entertaining although there could have been more chairs, not great having to stand for nearly 2 hours sometimes, My children didn't use the kids clubs, I think they found the language barrier too difficult.
Alice
A lovely campsite and nice pool area. Wasn't impressed with the restaurant food at all but that's ok as we were happy to cook and go elsewhere. Our mobile home was quite outdated which I was not surprised about as the booking said it had not been updated (although the pictures should reflect this when booking). Disappointed by all the chintzy ornaments etc - not only unattractive but no where to put anything up high away from children!

A great stay. Loved the accommodation. New, clean, spacious and well equipped. Pool complex good but pool needed to be larger for the number of guests.
Michelle
Chalet, entertainment area and surroundings great but the pool area is awful, far too small for the size of the site, always overcrowded. I’m sure with the size of the garden area something could be done to improve it.
Russell
Site a bit remote. Unable to walk to bars, restaurants, shops and beach
Clare
Loved the view of the lake and proximity to endless beaches. Had a wonderful 12 mile bike ride around the lake which even our 6 year old could complete. We will be back!

Really fabulous time with great weather too, Caravan was pretty immaculate and perfect for our family and friends (8). The entertainment team and pool team worked so hard and a couple of. The dancers clearly had impressive classical dance training and were enchanting. The rest of the team put in full effort and overall produced a varied (thanks to the choreographer and enthusiasm) and changing entertainment over our two week stay. We lucked in with fireworks too on our last night! Our only concern was that the pool and resort toilets at the main entertainment site seemed to have scant cleaning regime, obvious from a dirty sink mark (baby poo) that was not removed until after about 7 days when I brought it to the attention of a life guard ( they work so hard they shouldn’t have to clean the loos!) and general lack of deep cleaning (soap dispenser was out for a few days and toilet doors and floor edges not cleaned properly..a cleaner
really should be event each day and preferably hourly checks peak season) . The main ents area floor never seemed to be cleaned down each morning as you would expect with sticky drinks marks etc the following days after shows. I have to say that this was such a shame to not see cleaners on top of the pool areas with everything else excellent and the dedicated staff who were relentless and successfull effort in everything they did...our eldest love the teen club...great variety and the main lifeguard who ran the daily fitness pool classes is a complete asset. What a nice and hardworking guy. Fabulous stay and would love to return...just more cleaners and regular toilet checks please Siblu. And this place couldn’t be faulted! Lovely warm poolltoo! Great holiday thanks!

Great Hoiday , lovely location - Biggest minus - internet usage - still chasing a refund
Claire
Siblu customer service appalling. Poor animation team, terrible dancing and singing. Restaurant and takeaway awful service and poor options, overpriced. Shop poorly stocked.

Its my second stay in a siblu site. On both occasions we really enjoyed our stay, the only issue was that the staff came to check our chalet at 9.10 which I though is far too early. We had to hand up our keys and then we had nowhere to go for the rest of the day. So even though we booked for 7 days and 7 nights. We ended up with only 6 days. I understand you have to sort out a lot of chalets before the next occupiers take over but we had cleaned it ourselves so I think it should have been later. Even if they said 11 it would have been ok.

I was with my family soooooo nice, very well accomodation, so quick with not important problems in, only thing, spa was broken, the quality of the water in main pool, too much chemical products. Anyway, I will repeat for sure.

What a great week we had, great location and fab park. Lots to see and do, I was not ready to come home!
Miff
Pleasantly surprised at the location of the site.
The views across the lake are fantastic, even though we did not see any flamingos!!!
The service at the shop, bar and restaurant is friendly and professional, making for a relaxed atmosphere.
Hopefully,we will return in the near future.
School trip
We were a small school group on an excursion, trying to learn and immerse in the French Culture.
Everyone was very friendly and willing to help .
However, essential information in the mobile homes is missing ( how to use TV, radios & other equipment) What are the expectations for cleaning at the end of the stay, etc.
A shuttle service is needed or at least a reliable taxi company contact . Also, one restaurant and one epicerie for the whole complex seem little for the whole complex. No entertainment was clearly promoted while we were there.
Kevin
Thanks SIBLU for another great holiday
English
The entertainment team was not a good as pervious years. They put the same shows on weekly but the shows weren’t very good. As we were there for 4 weeks I didn’t really go to entertainment after the 1st week. As I’m a English the majority of the team where French understandable but previous years there always been English speaker in each kids club. I have 3 children one in pirates one in barracudas and one in teens. Some of the activity the teachers only spoke French so my chilidren struggled.
There was a conflct with the staff also which made the children uneasy and mine children didn’t settle well this year.
I’ve have booked for next year and I hope that issues are resolved last year.

We had a lovely holiday at Le Lac De Reves. This was our 2nd year of visiting as we enjoyed it so much last year. Our younger chalices the kids clubs and the energy of
The staff was incredible!
Paul
Our holiday home was fantastic other than no air-con as it was a very hot week! Our pitch was some distance from the Pool but with hire bikes it was perfect. We found all the staff very friendly and helpful throughout our stay and the animation team did a great job. Our one suggestion would be to ensure that all animation groups were able to speak English. Our 7 year old did not want to go to kids club as the animation team could not speak English. The other feedback I would give concerns the size of the Pools. They are simply not big enough for the size of the camp site. The pools felt very over crowded and bigger pool facilities needed. Overall great week and would return. Thank you
Hamid
Excellent family love Siblu holidays
Paul
Good family holiday with plenty of activities for kids.
Good size pool but sometimes did get a bit overcrowded however there was a smaller pool which was good for playing games in.
The slides were definitely an added bonus.
Can not comment on the on site restaurant as we did not use it apart from one take away pizza which was very good.
DD
A very quiet and pleasant site with plenty of space. We had a lovely view across the lake and the accommodation was very clean and well equipped. Unfortunately, our air conditioning unit broke down after the first 3 days of our 2 week stay. The customer support team were very prompt at looking at the issue and supplying mobile air conditioning units and fans in the interim. However, the main unit was still not fixed by the time our stay came to an end.

Nice stay

Advertised as 4 star but not close to other 4 star experiences. Poorly maintained play facilities, overcrowded pool complex, facilities not able to cope with park capacity in summer. Lots of litter
and dog mess on pathways. Roads not maintained and lots of traffic. Poor entertainment programme! Complete disappointment. Staff mostly interested in selling mobile homes rather than customer service.
