A GRAND HOLIDAY IDEA
Grandparents have a double incentive to travel on a late booking break to Europe in May and June: take your grandchildren and enjoy an extra 10% off with holiday parc specialist siblu.
The offer is available at 26 siblu parcs in France, Spain and Italy on all travel in May and June. This oldies discount means that a 15% saving during the Whitsun week school holidays at Domaine de Kerlann in Brittany becomes 25% (£109) for a seven-night stay. Total cost is from £446, including return Dover-Calais ferry travel.
A 10-night break to La Carabasse on France’s Mediterranean coast, departing 15 June before the sun reaches its hottest and the south coast is at its busiest, starts from just £505, which includes a £125 saving for grandparents.
There’s a huge range of activities for all generations to enjoy on siblu’s holiday parcs, from free children’s clubs for toddlers to cookery classes on the Italian coast.
Baby packs, including cots, high chairs and buggies, are available for grandparents who want to cut down on their luggage requirements.
France especially is awash with fascinating events at this time of year, which make travelling even more exciting. The pick of family fun include the children’s theatre festival which takes place throughout Montpellier (5-27 May), two days of fanfare, parades and music during La Rochelle’s Cavalcade (2-3 June) and the Festival of the Fairytale in Bordeaux (12-17 June).
